Sweet Frog Premium Frozen Yogurt recently signed a five-year lease for a 1,321 sf end cap in Park Plaza in the Mellow Mushroom building adjacent to the new Harris Teeter. Tom Demint, CCIM represented the landlord and Vonnie Majewski, CCIM represented the tenant. Sweet Frog plans to be open within 75 days.
